2,440 of 15,312 reachable MCP servers (15.9%) have this issue today.

Why it matters

If list_issues and search_issues both say "Find issues", the model has no basis to choose. Say how each differs.

What to do

list_issues: "List open issues in one repository, newest first. No text search."
search_issues: "Full-text search across issues in all repositories you can access."
