Move from the legacy HTTP+SSE transport to Streamable HTTP

The two-endpoint HTTP+SSE transport was deprecated in the 2025-03-26 spec in favour of Streamable HTTP.

3 of 15,312 reachable MCP servers (0%) have this issue today.

Why it matters

New clients implement Streamable HTTP first and some no longer support the legacy transport. Streamable HTTP also works behind ordinary load balancers and serverless hosts.
