Your MCP server is listed but unreachable

The registry endpoint did not complete an initialize handshake.

Why it matters

Common causes: the endpoint moved and the registry entry was not updated, an expired TLS certificate, a serverless cold start that times out, or the path changed (/mcp vs /sse). Agents that pick your server from a registry fail on the first call.
